Nobles Consulting Group, Inc. gains competitive edge through acquisition of Leica ScanStation C10 – the latest innovation in High-Definition Surveying.
NCG has an in-house Leica ScanStation HDS (High Definition Surveying) Scanner to perform Terrestrial Laser Scanning, which is the ground based version of LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging). Terrestrial Laser Scanning is a technology that uses laser pulses to collect millions of points and define an object or surface, providing detailed topographic surveys and precise 3D geometry of existing structures and sites.
The scanner offers a host of advantages over the standard total station:
